Nick Polce is a father, husband, businessman, and veteran.
After graduating from college, Nick chose to serve his country, enlisting in the Army. His dedication led him to serve as an active-duty U.S. Army Special Forces soldier from 2002 to 2014, a role commonly known as a Green Beret. His service, marked by multiple deployments in various global hot spots, was a testament to his honor and distinction. Green Berets, as warriors, teachers, mentors, and leaders, are problem solvers above all else. Their missions and the areas where they operate often require them to work in small teams with minimal support. In the world's most austere and challenging environments, they must solve problems creatively to succeed against any foe, in any situation.
Nick's unique perspective, gained from his service alongside the nation's most elite military units and his experience in the private sector, provides him with a deep understanding of the highest levels of the U.S. government. He witnessed firsthand how competing forces and entrenched interests often hinder the development of bold, lasting solutions. These experiences revealed the deeper challenges our nation faces—problems that must be addressed at their root, not just their symptoms. Too often, our political discourse focuses on scoring points instead of solving problems.
After serving, Nick began his life in the private sector as an entrepreneur and investor, boldly charting his path in the world of business innovation. He later took the helm of a thriving third-generation Wisconsin family business — a true cornerstone in the state's southeastern region — where he led operations and inspired his teams. He upheld a legacy of excellence rooted in community and service. Immersed in the heart of that family enterprise, Nick found profound inspiration to launch his own firm, one that passionately acquires and nurtures family-owned businesses, safeguarding their cherished traditions while boldly building upon their legacies to illuminate a prosperous future.
A profound sense of duty and gratitude drives Nick's decision to run for Lieutenant Governor.
“America has bestowed upon me boundless opportunities, for which my heart overflows with deep appreciation. Fatherhood has been my greatest awakening, reshaping my perspective to embrace the horizon ahead and commit to the sacred mission of equipping our children with the tools to thrive in a dynamic world full of promise. Becoming a father has been the most important and rewarding part of my life. I’m deeply grateful to share life’s journey with my son. Watching him grow, learn, and find his own path inspires me every day to be a better man, a better husband, father and leader for Wisconsin families. As mothers and fathers, we look forward to creating a better world for our kids.
In an ever-changing world, Wisconsin's state motto, "Forward," stands as a timeless rallying cry—a beacon of the Badger State's pioneering spirit that urges us to push beyond boundaries, embrace change, and forge ahead with resilience and optimism. It reminds us that true greatness lies in stepping boldly into tomorrow, transforming challenges into opportunities, and uniting to build lasting legacies of excellence and unity.
On Wisconsin!
